Dan Rubin

Dan is an Operating Advisor at the firm. Dan was the CEO and co-investor at Impakt Holdings and advisor to Talon Innovations, both former Graycliff portfolio companies. Dan has over 30 years of operating and investing experience in the semiconductor, display, renewable energy and biotech equipment manufacturing industries. Prior to Impakt, Dan held numerous leadership positions with large semiconductor equipment companies including Ichor Systems, Integrated Materials, Celerity, and KLA Tencor. Dan also has a strong track record in building companies, including co-founding Synos Technology, a provider of advanced deposition technology used in OLED displays that was sold to Veeco Instruments in 2013 and co-founding Ichor Systems, which went public in 2016.
